Construction will conclude for the holiday weekend by Thursday, May 25 at 6 p.m. Work resumes Tuesday, May 30 at 7 a.m.

Outside of the Memorial Day weekend, normal working hours are Mondays - Fridays, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. While the majority of delays will be brief, drivers can anticipate travel delays of up to 30 minutes.
Bicyclists/Pedestrians: Effective 24/7
A designated and protected ped/bike path has been created for commuters to safely travel through the work zone between Queen Way and Disc Drive. The path is located on the east side of the highway and is paved the entire length. It is prohibited to walk/bike through active construction outside of this designated route.
Between Disc Drive and Los Altos Parkway, bicyclists/pedestrians detour to Galleria Parkway.
Off-Road/BLM Users: Effective 24/7
There is no public access to the BLM recreation area from Pyramid Highway. Entering the construction zone is prohibited. Off-roaders/BLM users should find alternative access and stay clear of the work zone. Earthwork will be occurring in the area through 2023.
